He started as an office boy and Roady and has Produced Clips, Television & Cable Specials for HBO and MTV. He Headed up a Record and Publishing Company and as a Promoter toured numerous artists. Nathan has great deal or international experience in the entertainment Industry. He also designed and ran the first MMF website in 1996.

Colin Seeger is the MMF International Chairman of South East Asia Pacific Territories. Formerly a solicitor specialising in entertainment and media law, Colin was in a former life, Business Affairs Manager for what was then PolyGram (now UMG) so he has been both sides of the negotiation table. His expertise in copyright and intellectual property generally, make him eminently qualified to be the new IMMF Australia representative. It is gratifying to note that on his election he was immediately invited to take a leading role on the IMMF Copyright and Related Rights Committee. This is the first time any IMMF council member has been asked to do so.

Mark Ellis brings an expertise in Management consultancy and is a past board member of ACT Music inc. Mark operates a free information website for both Artists and Managers “Digital Harmony” coordinates the Sydney forums and has been a member of the MMF, as far back as 1995.

Gorgia Holmes has been in the entertainment industry for 28 years and has been on both sides of the table as an Artist and a Professional Manager. Additionally, Gorgia has vast experience as a Senior Venue Consultant, Tour Manager for some of Australia’s premier bands and more recently an Executive Producer for a major International recording project.

Ron Brown has been a professional music manager for 30+ years; he also runs Big Dwarf Music Publishing (AMCOS) and has been an MMF member for about 9 years. Jane runs Young Strangers, which provides consultation services to brands working within this music space, was one of the founding partners of Parklife Brisbane - one of the country's major music festivals, has co ordinated a number of music forums including the Reason Producer's Conference and Ableton Live clinics and co ordinates a number of community focussed music and arts projects for disadvantaged youths. Her speciality in these under-represented music styles provides a broader scope of knowledge exchange to the MMF, building these genres credibility and profile at a professional level.

Mark Daly comes with a wealth of business experience having complete his MBA he is now commencing his Doctorate in Business - specifically in the area of brand management. Marks efforts to apply this business training and experience to managing artists have shown him to be a great strategist and marketer.
